Working with us
Where is JKL Info Solutions located?
Our office is on the 1st floor of South Plaza Building, near Ashoka Hospital, South Bazar, Kannur, Kerala 670002. We work with clients across Kerala, elsewhere in India and overseas, including the GCC.
What services do you offer?
We design and develop websites, custom software, mobile apps and online stores, and provide hosting, domains, SSL, business email, SEO, social media, branding, digital marketing, SMS and payment gateway integration.
How do I get a quote for my project?

Do you work with clients outside Kerala and India?
Yes. We work with clients across India and overseas, including Oman and the UAE. Most of the work happens over video calls, email and WhatsApp, with clear milestones and shared previews.
Can you take over a website built by another company?
Yes. We regularly take over existing websites and PHP applications, fix errors, upgrade them to supported PHP versions, improve security and redesign where needed.
Do you provide support after the website is launched?
Yes. We offer hosting, maintenance and support plans that cover updates, backups, security, content changes and new features.
Websites and software
What technologies do you use?
We choose technology to suit the project and your hosting. Our core stack includes HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, MySQL and WordPress, with cross-platform frameworks for mobile apps.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes. Every site we build is designed mobile-first and tested on phones, tablets and desktops.
Is SEO included with a new website?
Every website includes technical SEO foundations: page titles, descriptions, headings, sitemap, structured data, speed optimisation and Search Console setup. Ongoing SEO campaigns are a separate service.
Who owns the website once it is built?
Ownership terms are agreed in writing before work starts. Domains are always registered in the client's name.
Hosting, domains and email
Do you provide web hosting?
Yes. We offer shared, reseller and VPS hosting with SSL, backups and monitoring, and we manage servers our clients already own.
Can you set up email on our domain?
Yes. We set up Google Workspace or hosted email on your domain, including the DNS records that help email reach the inbox.
What happens if my domain expires?
Your website and email stop working. We track renewal dates for domains we manage and send reminders well in advance.
