Quotations and projects

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancellation and refund terms for design and development work are set out in each project's quotation or agreement. Work completed up to the date of cancellation is chargeable.
• Domain registrations are processed with registries immediately and generally cannot be refunded once registered or renewed.
• Hosting, email and other subscription services may be cancelled before the next renewal date. Fees for a period already started are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Third-party licences and services purchased on your behalf are subject to the provider's own refund terms.
